To add page numbers to your revision bible simply, click VIEW>HEADER AND FOOTER. You should get this toolbar up.
Click the 'Switch between Header and Footer' button (in the pic above with a blue glow). Centre align yourself. Then select the 'Insert Page Number' (in the pic above with a pink glow). Choose what you want then press close.
